The Client:
Mollison & Associates, Invercargill

The Requirement:
To clean, prepare and refurbish the entire external surfaces to the building. Also to waterproof balconies, parapets and ledges with Chevaline Dexx.

The Solution:
Technically a complex project with a wide variety of different products for different surfaces. A lot of surface preparation required, such as rust neutralisation, plaster repair, cleaning and brick preparation. A variety of Equus systems used each with its own specific primer, bodycoat and topcoat. Equus quality control and applicator accuracy on the project was excellent.
